Université Libre de Bruxelles PhD Position 2023

In the framework of a Marie-Curie doctoral network, I am opening a position at ULB in the field of mitigation of environmental and operational conditions effects on damage indicators for Structural Health Monitoring. I was wondering if you had good students interested in pursuing a PhD who would not have a chance at your University due to lack of available grant money ?
